Day 2 - 750km - Luedenscheid

This day was a bit boring and hard - we had to go from Chiemsee to Lüdenscheid (we were invited for a sleepover there). Few more pics of Chiemsee, then packing our stuff and off to the highway - München, Nürnberg, Würtzburg, Fulda, Giessen, Lüdenscheid.

Perfect weather in the morning at Chiemsee

German highway is very good, lots of lanes, however the traffic is very heavy with many trucks and there are many places where the asphalt is being repaired (which means traffics jams and slower driving). But, unlike Slovenia and Austria (where you have to buy vignette), German highway is free.

It was exhausting, but we finally got to Lüdenscheid. On arrival we found out that today and yesterday there was a major flood in Bavaria, just 80km east from Chiemsee.

Big thanks to our hosts for a tasty dinner, relaxing massage and entertaining evening.
