Day 6 - 200km - Edinburgh

Yesterday we washed our clothes and hung it on the clothesline, but since there is a high humidity in the air most of it still wasn't dry when we woke up. So we put the clothes on the table and benches to dryout directly at the Sun, had breakfast, some tee, ... and still some clothes weren't dry. Cotton is great, but really takes time to dry; all wool (merino) clothes dried must faster, so we definitelly know what to take on our next trip.
It was time for us to go so we packed still-not-dry-clothes in the towel and hoped for the best.

Today we arrived in Scotland. More correctly - Mortonhall camp just outside Edinburgh. Since Edinburgh is a big city, there is a problem with parking places and it was much easier to be outside from town and go to center by bus, than to find a place in town that had a secured parking place.

Finally in (front of) Scotland

Edinburgh is very nice. It has a big park in the center, some streets are very narrow, some are built in cascades, almost on top of the houses. There are many old buildings and the castle is built on a volcanic rock.

There is a Hard Rock Cafe in the center of town. We decided to have lunch there and met a very friendly waitress from Bulgaria called Vesela (translated: Cheerful).
